nice, like the flash at the top, pretty cool to get a quick grasp of the skills (which is what you want).
Needs to check it in IE7 though

Yeah, Ste and I have talked (at length!) before now about how all people tend to really want is a snapshot of your folio. People rarely have the time or attention span for much more.
